How do I know what service to book in for?

We have packages that combine a number of services for the best result & longevity of your hair. If you are unsure of what to book in for Email or DM us on Instagram a photo of your current hair & an inspiration photo so we can point you in the right direction of what service to book in for. 

What products do you use?

We use Delorenzo colour and stock Delorenzo and eleven retail.

What if I am unhappy with my hair? 

We offer adjustments for a week period following the original appointment date, adjustments will be done by the original stylist. 

Do I need to confirm my booking? 

Yes! A text will be sent our 48 hours prior to your appointment where you can reply Y to confirm.

What happens if I’m late to my appointment?

If you are running late please notify us at soon as possible. Running late to an appointment may result in us being unable to complete the whole service. 

Parking

We have hour street parking out the front of our salon and free parking down Norman street. 

Does my deposit go toward my appointment and what if I need to cancel will I lose my deposit? 

Yes, your deposit goes towards your appointment on the day. You will receive your confirmation text 48 hours before your appointment and you will have 24 hours to cancel or reschedule if you need to and we will refund your deposit. If you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hours before your appointment your deposit will be forfeited. 

How long does an appointment take?

Depending on your service, Appointments can take up to 3-5 hours.
